Patients, caregivers, and providers have the right to demand that medically necessary care is covered. Direct your demands to insurance companies, state insurance commissioners, and state and federal legislators.

3. Disseminate.

Health insurance companies cower from negative media attention. They reverse denials and approve care when they receive significant public backlash. We will spread patient care denial stories, and with our community’s help, create demonizing media storms that force insurers to approve care. It’s remarkable what a media frenzy can accomplish.
